Refund policy

30-day return request window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the condition in which it was received, with tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, shapewear and intimate garments must be tried on over underwear. Items with signs of wear, washing, body products, deodorant, makeup, stains, odors, damage, or removed hygiene liners cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email admin@shapelyfi.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. If your return is accepted, we will send the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items to the address on the parcel or to a fulfillment location unless we have instructed you to do so.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind or fit return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us before returning it; when verified, Shapelyfi will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact admin@shapelyfi.com promptly with your order number and clear photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, worn, washed, stained, altered, damaged, or used shapewear and intimate garments cannot be returned. Gift cards and items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are also non-returnable. A reduced or promotional price does not by itself make an item Final Sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different size or style is to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and hygiene exclusions permitted by law may apply. This section does not reduce any rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
